Know thyself.
Throughout history, great philosophers and spiritual traditions have repeated the same invitation in different ways:
"Know thyself."
But what does it truly mean to know yourself?
Is it understanding your personality?
Your thoughts?
Your emotions?
Or is there a deeper part of who you are that most of us rarely take the time to explore?
We'd love to hear your perspective:
✨ What does self-knowledge mean to you?
🗝️ Do you believe it is a destination we eventually reach, or a lifelong journey of discovery?
💭 Has there ever been a moment when learning something about yourself completely changed the way you live or understand your life?
Sometimes we believe we are searching for answers about the world. Yet the most meaningful questions always seem to lead us back to ourselves.
Perhaps the greatest mystery we can explore is not out there... But within.
We look forward to reading your thoughts.

I think it is essential to know yourself. In school teachers don’t learn kids to do it and that,s a huge mistake that our society should change. In Ancient times, philosophers prometed this type of knowledge but instead of moving forward we have moved backwards, but now is time to go back to our origins and claimed for our first step to live a life full of abundance: to know ourselves, both our dreams, passions, virtues and shadows. Because this is the first step to become the best version of ourselves
